TUCSON (KVOA) – Cyber Ninjas, the company behind Maricopa County’s audit of the 2020 election results is shutting down.
This comes as a judge said he will fine the company $50,000 a day if the firm doesn’t immediately turn over public records related to the audit.
The judge found Cyber Ninjas in contempt for its failure to turn over documents in response to a lawsuit filed by the Arizona Republic Newspaper.
The company maintains it is a private company that isn’t subject to the public records law. A representative says all employees have been let go.
