Thank you for your interest in setting up a table during an event(s) hosted at the Louisville Urban League Sports and Learning Campus, home to the Norton Healthcare Sports and Learning Center and the Humana Outdoor Track and Field. This campus is managed by ASM Global. Our facility is located at 3029 W. Muhammad Ali Blvd, Louisville, KY 40212.

Our priority is to provide space for Black-owned businesses to sell and advertise goods and services to guests who are visiting the campus, including local and out-of-town visitors. At this time, these tables are being provided free of charge, but that may change in the future. To be considered for this opportunity, please fully complete the following form.

Approved vendors will be invited to set up at various events throughout the year. Tables will be set up outside the main indoor facility in designated locations. Tables will be provided.

We will notify you of upcoming opportunities including the nature of the event, dates, event duration. Depending on demand, there is the potential that not all vendors will be able to participate at a given event. We will notify you via email if there is a spot available.

NOTE: Vendors may not sell any merchandise which may conflict with merchandise sold by the event promoter or which conflicts with any exclusive building sponsors or vendors.

Please note the following rules and regulations for all table vendors.
- Vendors should plan for events to continue rain or shine, so please keep yourself up to date on the predicted weather during the scheduled event and bring appropriate weather-related gear to the event.
- Alcohol may not be consumed at any time on-premises unless purchased from the Facility’s in-house concessionaire.
- Animals are not permitted at the Facility except for support animals unless approved by Facility management.
- The Louisville Urban League Sports and Learning Campus is smoke-free campus. No smoking is permitted on-site.
- Vendor agrees to carry appropriate insurance coverage.
- Vendors shall obtain any licenses, permits, or approvals required under federal, state, or local tax laws as applicable to their activity at the Facility. The Vendor shall be responsible for obtaining any tax identification numbers and paying all taxes, license fees, or other charges that shall become due to any government entity in connection with their activities at the Facility. Federal tax law permits Vendors to sell exhibit materials at their booth. However, each Vendor is responsible for complying with state and local sales tax regulations.
- Space assignments are made at the discretion of the event staff.
- Additional tables are not permitted. A six-foot (6') table will be provided to each vendor, and you will be assigned a space.
