An ex-Kentucky police officer who fired into Breonna Taylor’s apartment blindly on the night of the deadly raid in 2020 will once more face prosecution by prosecutors.

Brett Hankison, a fired Louisville police officer who was arrested in August of last year on federal charges, now has a trial date of August 21.
