I’m writing in response to “Elections board won’t turn over voting machines” (Reading Eagle, July 18).
We the people of Pennsylvania who are taxpayers and voters deserve to know the truth about all the irregularities concerning the 2020 elections.
I do not feel that I need to remind anyone of the things we all saw on election eve and the following weeks that just do not meet the smell test. Just what was found so far with the Arizona audit should be enough to demand a nationwide audit.
If these things had happened in the 2016 election, every media outlet would be calling for nationwide audits, and the House and Senate would be demanding investigations. Any equipment that is audited and inspected can be recertified.
If this really were the most secure election in American history, then why did the opposition send teams of attorneys to Arizona to try to stop the audit process? Why did President Joe Biden come to Philadelphia to try to stop the same thing from happening in Pennsylvania?
If it truly were a secure election, they would not fear the audits or feel the need to try to stop them. Just maybe they are afraid of what we the people will find out.
